The power plants have been operating since October 2022 and October 2024, respectively, both owned by Magis Energy Holdings. In the same period, the 522KW Mini Hydropower Plant Project in Mariveles, Bataan was constructed and completed in November 2022 that was turned over and accepted by SARPCO, as owner, for their operation.
